Ban Gioc-Detian Falls drops 30 metres (98 ft) across a face roughly 300 metres wide on the Quay Son. It is a tiered-type fall, and the nearest base for a visit is Trung Khanh, with HAN the closest airport. Access to the main viewpoint is rated easy.

Late summer and early autumn give the strongest flow and clearest turquoise water before winter thins it.
