How the matching works
Each waterfall scores points for being at its best in your month (and a few for the month either side), for every activity you picked that genuinely runs there, for matching how far you want to walk, and for the kind of waterfall you're after. Regions you pick are a hard filter. Ties go to destinations with a full guide, because those have prices and booking detail. The data behind it is the same as on each destination page — how we check it.
