Tinuy-an Falls
Nearly as wide as it is tall, this multi-tiered curtain in a remote corner of Surigao del Sur has earned comparisons to Niagara for its broad, curved sheet of falling water. Its relative isolation, only reachable via a rough road from Bislig, has kept it one of the Philippines least commercialized major falls.

Tinuy-an Falls drops 55 metres (180 ft) across a face roughly 95 metres wide on the Tinuy-an. It is a tiered-type fall, and the nearest base for a visit is Bislig. Access to the main viewpoint is rated moderate.
